Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday criticized the Congress, accusing the party of planning to protect infiltrators if it wins power in Assam. Addressing a rally in Dhemaji district, he claimed that Congress aims to turn the majority community into a minority for political gain.

Modi accused Congress of dividing the country, likening their actions to the Muslim League during Partition. He also alleged that Congress failed to deliver justice to Assam's resources and labeled the party as 'mother of corruption'.

The Prime Minister highlighted BJP's achievements, including infrastructure development and welfare for tea garden workers, promising continued progress if BJP remains in power.
