Addressing the Assembly, Stalin thanked the people for their trust and opportunity to serve, stating that he had remained committed to the path set by iconic figures like Periyar and Anna. He expressed satisfaction with his tenure and reiterated his vision for a prosperous Tamil Nadu, revealing plans for a 'Dravidian Model 2.0' government.

Concluding the Assembly session, Stalin addressed his relationship with Governor R N Ravi, clarifying that there are no personal differences and expressing gratitude for his cooperation. He emphasized that Tamil culture and tradition remain priorities as the state moves towards a brighter future.
