Despite an invitation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi cannot attend due to prior engagements with French President Emmanuel Macron in Mumbai. Rahman's leadership of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party led to a remarkable victory in the recent parliamentary polls, receiving an overwhelming mandate from the people.
