In a heated address, Shiromani Akali Dal's Harsimrat Kaur Badal called on women voters to challenge the Aam Aadmi Party during the upcoming Tarn Taran bypoll, citing unfulfilled promises of monthly allowances by the ruling party.

Badal, while campaigning for SAD's Sukhwinder Kaur Randhawa, accused AAP of failing the electorate, particularly women who played a pivotal role in their previous electoral victory. She urged the women to seek accountability for the Rs 45,000 owed to each, pointing to AAP's unkept financial promises.

Criticizing AAP further, Badal underscored unimplemented projects and alleged neglect of farmer compensation post-floods. She rallied support for Randhawa, asserting the need to elect leaders that remain true to their word, as the bypoll approaches on November 11.
