In a bold critique, Congress' senior leader Pawan Khera has raised concerns over the Election Commission's decision to initiate the second phase of electoral roll revisions in 12 states without addressing prior issues.

The Congress leader has called for transparency, asking the EC to make public its guidelines for conducting the second phase of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in the newly added states.
