BRS Mourns as KT Rama Rao Pays Tribute to Late Party Veteran

This morning, KT Rama Rao, working president of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), paid a visit to the residence of senior party leader Harish Rao. The gathering was held to offer condolences following the death of Tanneeru Satyanarayana Rao. Rama Rao, tracing his steps to the Rao residence in Hyderabad, paid homage and offered peace to the grieving family.
In light of the mourning, BRS announced the cancellation of all campaigns and party events, specifically an active election campaign in Jubilee Hills. In a reflective statement, BRS president KCR recalled the familial bonds with Satyanarayana, the husband of his sister Akka Lakshmibai, emphasizing his sorrow and praying for his brother-in-law's peace.
According to BRS's social media, KCR transmitted his sympathies through a phone call to Harish Rao and intends to visit the residence to express condolences personally. Ponnam Prabhakar, Telangana's Transport Minister, also shared his grief, stating prayers for Satyanarayana's soul and support for Rao's family during this challenging time.
The remains of Satyanarayana were laid at Rao's Krinss Villas in Hyderabad, which saw a flow of tributes from family, friends, and party affiliates. The funeral is slated for this afternoon at the Vaikunta Mahaprasthanam Crematorium, Jubilee Hills, organized by the BRS to allow public homage, per their announcement on social media.
