In a strategic political move, Telangana Jana Samithi, led by founder Muddasani Kodandarama Reddy, has decided to back the Congress candidate in the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election scheduled for November 11.
This decision was reached after Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud visited the Telangana Jana Samithi office and engaged in dialogues addressing local concerns, such as employment for youth and recognition of statehood proponents.
The move is seen as an effort to strengthen ties ahead of the election, which follows the passing of the sitting MLA, Maganti Gopinath. Meanwhile, the Election Commission of India has ensured a fair election process with the appointment of three officers.
