Man Arrested for Inhumane Treatment and Social Media Crime

A 30-year-old man has been taken into custody for allegedly subjecting his first wife to inhumane treatment following his second marriage. This incident, involving assault and the online posting of the victim's nude video, came to light when authorities received a complaint from the victim's parents.

The accused is said to have sexually assaulted, beaten, and coerced the victim into a distressing situation on Tuesday. Law enforcement confirmed that a First Information Report has been filed against the husband, his mother, and his second wife at the Manpur police station, invoking relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Information Technology Act.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Umakant Chaudhary expressed that marital discord had often been observed since the man's second marriage. Medical examinations were conducted on the victim, with further investigations actively ongoing as authorities work to ensure justice in this troubling case.
