C-DOT Partners with Jumps Automation to Launch AI-Powered Gamified Cybersecurity Platform

In a significant move to strengthen India's cybersecurity ecosystem and promote digital awareness at scale, the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), the Government of India's premier telecom R&D institution, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jumps Automation LLP. The collaboration, formalized under the C-DOT Collaborative Research Programme (CCRP), aims to develop an advanced gamification-based cybersecurity awareness platform tailored for individuals, enterprises, and institutions.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay, CEO of C-DOT, Mr. Rohan Chandak, Head of Technology at Jumps Automation LLP, members of the C-DOT Board, and senior officials, underscoring the strategic importance of the initiative in the country's digital transformation journey.
Transforming Cybersecurity Training Through Gamification
With cyber threats growing exponentially—India witnessed over 1.5 million cybersecurity incidents in recent years, according to official data—the need for scalable and engaging cybersecurity training has never been more urgent. Traditional awareness programs have often struggled to drive behavioural change, leaving organizations vulnerable to phishing attacks, ransomware, and social engineering exploits.
Addressing this gap, the C-DOT–Jumps Automation platform is designed to revolutionize cybersecurity training by converting it into an immersive, game-based experience. The platform will feature:

The platform will incorporate a comprehensive reward and performance tracking system, incentivizing users to actively participate and improve. Such features are expected to drive sustained engagement—an area where conventional cybersecurity training tools have historically fallen short.
According to industry estimates, human error accounts for nearly 80–90% of cybersecurity breaches globally. By focusing on behavioural transformation through gamification and AI-driven insights, the initiative seeks to directly address this critical vulnerability.
Indigenous Innovation Supporting Aatmanirbhar Bharat
The solution will leverage the combined strengths of both organizations: Jumps Automation's expertise in artificial intelligence, automation, and enterprise software development, and C-DOT's deep capabilities in indigenous telecom and cybersecurity technologies.
The platform will be developed, rigorously tested, and validated at C-DOT's facilities in New Delhi, ensuring compliance with national security standards and robustness for large-scale deployment. It is expected to be launched as a commercial-grade Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, with future provisions for integration into enterprise systems, government platforms, and educational institutions.
