Religious Harassment Allegations at TCS: The Nida Khan Case

Nida Khan, a process associate at TCS Nashik, has been accused in a case concerning religious conversion and sexual harassment. Facing these allegations, she sought anticipatory bail, highlighting her two-month pregnancy as a reason for leniency. Her plea is set to be heard in the Nashik sessions court on Monday.

The police have mobilized teams to locate Khan, who is reportedly evading capture. Her husband, questioned by the Nashik police, allegedly indicated she was staying with relatives. However, police encountered difficulties when attempting to verify this information, as phones were switched off and locations were locked.

TCS has made it clear that Khan is not an HR manager and stressed its zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment. The company has yet to receive complaints through its official channels and is undergoing a thorough internal investigation to address these grave allegations.
