Amid recent workers' upheaval in Noida, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh has declared a steadfast commitment to safeguarding workers' rights. He has called for strict legal measures against any exploitation issues faced by the workforce.

In a video conference addressing the industrial sector's status, Adityanath directed that all labor-related issues, including timely payment and dignified working conditions, must be addressed by authorities. He also instructed a thorough probe to validate the compliance with statutory worker benefits amid protests in Gautam Buddh Nagar.

The Chief Minister's comprehensive strategy includes creating redressal cells at industrial units, developing housing and insurance frameworks, and involving banks for better coverage. He emphasized maintaining industrial order, monitoring misinformation, and establishing dialogue between officials and genuine workers to prevent disruptive activities.
