Matthew Rodriguez, 18, was captured in Pennsylvania by New York Police Department detectives alongside US Marshals. Amuri Greene, 21, the suspected shooter, was previously arrested after the drive-by shooting on a Brooklyn street. He pleaded not guilty to murder and related charges during Friday's arraignment.
The infant was killed when shots were fired from a moped. Greene allegedly targeted an individual in the crowd, but Kaori was tragically in the line of fire.
