The system has addressed 1,05,836 out of 1,20,554 grievances. Key departments like Finance and Higher Education have disposal rates above 95%, while urban districts need better outreach.

Jammu and Kashmir has achieved significant strides in addressing public grievances, with the JK Samadhan portal reporting an 88% grievance disposal rate, officials said.
The system, which has processed 1,05,836 of 1,20,554 grievances, was reviewed at a high-level meeting led by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo.
While key departments like Finance and Higher Education excelled, urban areas such as Srinagar and Jammu were advised to improve outreach, aiming for enhanced citizen registration on the platform.
