In a dramatic breakthrough, Mumbai police have detained two individuals suspected of murdering Ejaz Qureshi last November and disposing of his body in the Konkan region's Chiplun area.
The gruesome discovery unfolded when police located remains of the victim, including charred bones and personal items, in a mango orchard.
Vishal Khoddekar confessed to attacking Qureshi following a financial dispute precipitated by his girlfriend, Jannatunisa Khan. Both suspects are now in police custody.
