A Russian drone attack left two foreign-flagged commercial vessels damaged in Ukraine's southern Odesa region, according to regional governor Oleh Kiper on Friday.
The two civilian commercial ships, flying the flags of Palau and Barbados, were hit while moored and loaded with grains. Kiper reported that two individuals suffered injuries as a result.
Furthermore, the overnight attack also inflicted damage on a grain silo and several administrative buildings, further escalating tensions in the region.
