As per Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta's guidelines, employees are required to wear formal and modest clothing, maintaining a formal appearance while on duty. This move aims to reinforce decorum and professionalism.
Furthermore, the policy extends to social media conduct, advising employees against commenting on government policies, with potential disciplinary action for violations.
