Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, joined by Cabinet colleagues, engaged with Lt Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu at Lok Niwas to discuss Delhi's strategic initiatives in line with the Viksit Bharat vision. The meeting underscored a commitment to enhancing Delhi as a global capital, reflecting Prime Minister Modi's vision.
Lt Governor Sandhu highlighted critical challenges and opportunities facing the city, convening with senior Delhi government officials, including Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma. Discussions focused on governance and administrative matters vital to the city's development efforts.
In a separate meeting with the Police Commissioner and Special Commissioners of Delhi Police, Sandhu acknowledged the efforts in maintaining safety in the national capital. Additionally, during the NASSCOM Global Confluence, Sandhu spoke about the role of technology in nation-building, emphasizing innovation and digital infrastructure as key to India's inclusive growth.
