Tragedy in Bichoon: A Family Torn Apart by Alleged Financial Strain

In a grim event that has left Bichoon village in shock, a man reportedly killed his wife and young daughter. The suspect, identified as Sukhjeet, was believed to be troubled by financial difficulties.
The victims, Saroj Devi, aged 35, and her eight-year-old daughter, Vanshika, were found dead shortly after the incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Thursday. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Khandelwal, Sukhjeet attacked his wife with a sword and strangled his daughter.
After the killings, Sukhjeet turned himself in at the Mokhampura police station, where he confessed to the crimes. The bodies were sent for postmortem, and a forensic team collected evidence from the crime scene. Officials suggest financial distress may have driven Sukhjeet's actions.
