Taranjit Singh Sandhu was officially sworn in as Delhi's 23rd Lieutenant Governor on Wednesday, with a ceremony at Lok Niwas attended by prominent leaders, including Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, who administered the oath.
