As the conflict between the United States and Iran intensifies, Reuters reports that approximately 150 U.S. troops have been injured in the ongoing 10-day engagement. Previously, the Pentagon had reported only eight significant injuries.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell clarified that around 140 service members had sustained injuries, predominantly minor, with 108 returning to active duty. The more severely injured soldiers are receiving critical medical care.

The conflict, marked by Iran's retaliations and U.S. strikes on Iranian arsenals, has seen a decrease in Iranian attack frequency. General Dan Caine indicated that while Iran contends fiercely, it hasn't proven to be a stronger adversary than anticipated.
