Commission member Deep Bhatia has summoned the officer heading the Special Investigation Team (SIT), demanding the complete investigation record to ensure a transparent probe.
Dr. Bhavna Yadav was found with severe burn injuries in April 2025, leading to the arrest of Udesh Kumar, a clerk at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University. Her mother, Gayatri Yadav, filed a complaint alleging police collusion with the accused and demanding justice for her daughter.
