Tensions flared in Maharashtra's Nanded district as clashes between two groups resulted in cases being registered against 12 individuals. The conflict, which erupted in Naigaon's Narsi area, saw cross-complaints lodged by the opposing parties.

The altercation initially began on February 11 when Ravindra Shivaji Bhilwande was reportedly attacked over a minor issue outside a grocery store. He subsequently filed a complaint leading to a case against six people, according to a Ramtirth police station official.

In a retaliatory move the following morning, Bhilwande, along with others, launched an assault on the initial group. This prompted another complaint, resulting in a case against Bhilwande and five others, with authorities continuing their investigation into the incident.
