Major Shake-up in Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Personnel

The Arunachal Pradesh government has undertaken a significant personnel reshuffle, transferring eight senior officials within the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (APCS). The shake-up, detailed in an official notification, includes several pivotal administrative changes.
Dilip Kumar Chutia, previously Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister and Additional Resident Commissioner in Guwahati, is appointed as West Kameng Deputy Commissioner. In other movements, Tax, Excise & Narcotics Commissioner Lobsang Tsering is now assigned as Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner.
Other notable changes include Mindo Loyi becoming West Siang Deputy Commissioner, replacing Techu Aran, who moves to Tirap as Deputy Commissioner. Social Justice and Tribal Affairs Joint Secretary Gobi Nyigyor is assigned to Lower Siang, succeeding Rujjum Rakshap, the new Tourism Director. Additionally, Tirap Deputy Commissioner Liyi Bagra takes over as Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training.
