A Uttar Pradesh court delivered a verdict on a 13-year-old murder case, sentencing a father and son to life imprisonment. The crime took place in 2012, involving the murder of an 11-year-old boy named Bablu Yadav.
The prosecution revealed that the boy was stabbed to death and his body was hidden in a semi-constructed structure in Chand Diar village. His uncle, Ramashankar Yadav, lodged the complaint that led to the arrest of Virendra Bind and his son, Ravi Bind.
Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh communicated that the conviction came after thorough investigation and hearings led by Additional District and Sessions Judge Punit Kumar Gupta. Both Virendra and Ravi Bind were ordered to pay a fine in addition to their life sentences.
