Self-styled Lieutenant Nyamphua Hakhun, 42, from Dadam village, gave up his arms before the police and Assam Rifles at Khonsa on Tuesday. Hakhun was previously affiliated with the NSCN(IM) before shifting to the NSCN-K (Niki Sumi) faction in 2025.
