Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik emphasized the vital need to enhance transparency, efficiency, and credibility in recruitment processes to ensure public institutions attract top talent. He stated that merit must be the sole guiding principle for candidate selection.
Speaking at a meeting with the Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commissions chairmen, Governor Parnaik noted the direct link between governance quality and the competence of candidates selected through Public Service Commission examinations.
