In a tragic incident in Delhi's Ranhola area, a 17-year-old boy allegedly stabbed a man to death after an altercation over the harassment of a young girl. The confrontation took place outside the home of the victim, 28, when he attempted to intercede on behalf of his niece.

The incident unfolded on Wednesday evening around 8.30 pm in Vikas Kunj. Reports indicate that the accused, armed with a knife-like weapon, attacked the victim in a fit of rage, resulting in a deep stab wound to the chest. Neighbours immediately transported the injured man to a local hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.

Police launched an investigation following earlier complaints against the accused, who had allegedly been stalking the girl for two months. Despite a prior compromise and undertaking to desist, the boy reportedly continued his harassment, culminating in this violent act. Authorities are examining CCTV footage to apprehend the suspect.
