Escalating Tensions: Israel Intensifies Strikes in Iran and Lebanon

The Israeli Air Force has escalated its military operations, striking more than 200 targets in Iran's western and central regions over the last 24 hours. These operations, conducted by multiple fighter jets under Military Intelligence guidance, aimed at crippling Iranian missile launchers and defense systems as part of Operation 'Roar of the Lion', the IAF revealed.

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) also reported the destruction of the 'Taleghan' compound, a site believed to have been used to advance Iran's nuclear capabilities. This compound, central to past nuclear research efforts, was allegedly a hub for the 'AMAD' project's advanced experiments in the early 2000s.

Simultaneously, tensions escalate in Lebanon where the IDF announced the elimination of key figures within Hezbollah. Among the deceased were Abu Dharr Mohammadi, linked to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps and missile operations; Ali Muslim Tabaja, a commander within the Iranian Imam Hossein Division; and Abu Ali Riyan, head of Hezbollah's Radwan Force in southern Lebanon. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Iran’s new supreme leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, cautioning against further provocations.

In a strong statement, Netanyahu referred to Khamenei as a 'puppet' of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, emphasizing significant shifts in the regional strategic balance and hinting at potential future actions.
