Krystal Integrated Services announced that its associate firm, Krystal Solar Energy SPV, has secured a significant Rs 138 crore project. The venture aims to deploy rooftop solar installations across government healthcare institutions throughout Maharashtra, enhancing the region's renewable energy capabilities.
The contract, awarded by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra, encompasses comprehensive tasks such as design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and maintenance of grid-connected photovoltaic systems in various hospitals and medical colleges.
In an exchange filing, Sanjay Dighe, Executive Director & CEO of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, emphasized the strategic importance of this project, highlighting its role in strengthening the company's foothold in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector. Krystal Integrated Services, known for its facilities management and manpower services, owns a 49% stake in the associate firm spearheading this initiative.
