Crisis in the Kitchen: LPG Shortages and Modi's Response

Rahul Gandhi on Thursday criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi amidst growing concerns over an LPG shortage in India, suggesting that the leader is preoccupied with issues like the Epstein files and the Adani Case rather than addressing the fuel crisis.

With the support of several opposition MPs, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Gandhi staged a protest in the Parliament House complex, demanding accountability from the government over the shortage of commercial LPG cylinders that has affected numerous industries.

Amid the protests, the government has reassured the public that domestic LPG supplies remain secure, prioritizing household needs amidst global disruptions, yet commercial sectors, particularly the hotel industry, continue to face operational challenges.
