A Russian overnight attack inflicted 'significant' damage on an energy facility in Ukraine's Odesa region, private energy company DTEK announced on Wednesday.
As a result of this assault, energy engineers quickly mobilized, restoring power to 7,000 households.
Despite these efforts, 26,900 households remain without electricity, according to a statement released on Telegram.
