Signature Global Secures Rs 875 Crore Funding from IFC to Boost Realty Developments

Realty developer Signature Global Ltd has secured Rs 875 crore from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) through non-convertible debentures (NCDs), a strategic move aimed at bolstering housing projects and reducing its existing high-cost debt.
Signature Global, headquartered in Gurugram, remains confident of hitting its sales booking target of Rs 12,500 crore for this fiscal, propelled by a robust launch pipeline valued at Rs 14,000 crore over the next five months. Last fiscal, the company sold properties worth Rs 10,290 crore, ranking it fifth among listed realty firms by sales bookings.
Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal announced the strategic funding initiative, marking another significant milestone following the company's successful IPO. The funds will not only develop mid-income housing but also align with ESG projects, with Rs 470 crore earmarked for debt repayment.
