In a shocking turn of events, musician David Burke, better known by his stage name D4vd, has been charged with the first-degree murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Authorities in Los Angeles made the announcement on Monday, an unsettling development in a case that has captured nationwide attention.

According to law enforcement, Celeste's dismembered remains were discovered in a Tesla registered to Burke, months after her disappearance. Police Chief Jim McDonnell noted that the vehicle containing the remains had been parked for weeks in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood before a foul odor led workers to its discovery in an impound lot.

Burke, 21, who gained fame in 2022 with his viral hit "Romantic Homicide," is now facing multiple charges, including murder with special circumstances, sexual conduct with a minor, and mutilation of human remains.
