The Odisha Language, Literature and Culture Department's 'Odisha Utsav' sought to deepen ties with the diaspora while promoting rich cultural heritage beyond state borders.
Suraj emphasized the diaspora's contribution as vital cultural ambassadors and highlighted women's pivotal role in preserving traditions, during a celebration that also marked International Women's Day.
