International Outcry Over Navalny Poisoning with Rare Toxin

Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands have united in declaring that Alexei Navalny, the late Kremlin critic, fell victim to poisoning in a Russian penal colony two years ago.

According to a joint statement released in London, the conclusion stems from the thorough analysis of samples obtained from Navalny, which definitively confirmed epibatidine—a lethal toxin characteristic of poison dart frogs from South America and absent in Russia—had been involved.

The Russian government, however, has continued to deny any involvement in Navalny's death, heightening international tensions and spotlighting geopolitical accountability.
