Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Gujarat for a two-day event marking Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's 150th birth anniversary celebrations. During his visit, the Prime Minister will inaugurate a series of development projects worth over Rs 1,140 crore aimed at enhancing tourism and infrastructure at Ekta Nagar.
The celebrations will include Modi offering floral tributes at the towering Statue of Unity, followed by his participation in the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas events. The day will feature a parade displaying contingents from various national forces and showcasing India’s cultural diversity.
As part of the festivities, the Prime Minister will lay foundation stones for several projects, ranging from the Museum of Royal Kingdoms of India to green mobility infrastructure. The government aims to promote eco-tourism, smart infrastructure, and tribal development in the region.
