'One Light, Thousands of Hearts' Illuminates Vietnam with Aid
BingX Charity has successfully completed its 'One Light, Thousands of Hearts' campaign, raising over 1 billion VND to assist families affected by Vietnam's recent typhoons. The funds focused on delivering essential supplies to nine provinces. BingX also engaged online support to further drive community relief efforts.
BingX Charity, the charitable branch of leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company BingX, completed its 'One Light, Thousands of Hearts' humanitarian campaign in Vietnam. The initiative raised over 1 billion VND (USD 50,000) to aid families in central and northern Vietnam impacted by the devastating typhoons Bualoi and Matmo.
According to the National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, the typhoons left a trail of destruction, resulting in over 80 casualties, damaging nearly 200,000 homes, and causing economic losses exceeding 12 trillion VND. Responding to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee's call for assistance, BingX Charity allocated USD 50,000 towards recovery efforts.
A sum of USD 30,000 was dedicated to supplying food, clean water, and daily necessities to nine of the hardest-hit provinces. The campaign's outreach expanded with a pledge to donate an additional USD 20,000 contingent on achieving substantial online community engagement, which was successfully met. All donations facilitated through the VFFCC ensured transparent aid distribution.
