Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Fights for Tribal Students' Education in Wayanad

Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has stepped up to advocate for the tribal students of Wayanad, urging Kerala Minister O R Kelu to relocate them from an unsuitable school to a safer institution within their district.

Vadra expressed concerns that moving the students to Kannur could compel many to drop out due to the travel challenges their families face. The current institution has been declared unfit by the Public Works Department.

Vadra highlights the remarkable resilience demonstrated by these students from the Paniya and Adiya tribal communities and calls for investment in their education to be within reach. She underscores the need for urgent upgrades to their existing facilities to ensure their safety and educational continuity.
