Lodha Developers, a key player in the real estate sector, announced a 9% rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,008.1 crore for the quarter ending in March, as per its recent regulatory filing.
The firm's total income surged to Rs 4,840 crore, continuing its upward trend from the prior year's Rs 4,420 crore. Over the full fiscal year of 2025-26, Lodha's net profit reached Rs 3,430.7 crore, bolstered by strategic growth approaches.
MD & CEO Abhishek Lodha emphasized that these financial successes were achieved despite geopolitical hurdles, underscoring the enduring demand for housing from top-tier brands. The company operates extensively within India, with developments over 100 million sq ft, and new projects anticipated in Delhi-NCR.
