The reforms, which include the deregulation of the hospitality industry, aim to create a more streamlined and transparent process for stakeholders. Changes include extended registration validity for travel agents and a reduction in documentation requirements. Additionally, adventure and mountaineering activities will now fall under a single registration, simplifying processes for operators.
The new regulations also introduce a provisional hotel registration system, valid for 18 months, before transitioning to a permanent five-year registration.
