Sunteck Realty Shines with Profit Surge

Sunteck Realty Ltd has reported a substantial 27% surge in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 63.75 crore for the March quarter of the last fiscal year. This marks an impressive climb from Rs 50.38 crore in the same period the previous year, showcasing robust growth.

The company's total income also saw a significant boost, increasing to Rs 348.88 crore during January to March of the last fiscal, compared to Rs 217.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year, according to regulatory filings.

For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Sunteck Realty's net profit soared to Rs 204.36 crore from Rs 150.31 crore, with total income rising to Rs 1,168.62 crore from Rs 902.67 crore in FY 2024-25. The company remains a prominent player in the country's real estate sector.
