This landmark accomplishment surpasses the combined capacity of the entire European Union and is double that of the United States. Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla emphasized the unprecedented scale and strategic growth of the company, especially with the recent operational commencement of new units in Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Andhra Pradesh.
With plans to further boost capacity to 240 MTPA by FY28, Ultratech is poised for continued growth against the backdrop of India's infrastructure expansion. Over 110 MTPA of the current capacity was built organically, a testament to the company's commitment to innovative growth and expansion.
