Indian Nationals Return Home Amid Qatar Airspace Restrictions

On Tuesday, approximately 1,600 Indian nationals returned to India via five Qatar Airways flights. The flights included two to Delhi and one each to Mumbai, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram, as per the Indian Embassy.
Due to ongoing airspace restrictions, Qatar Airways is operating on a limited schedule. The airline announced new services to nine Indian destinations beginning Wednesday. Bookings are available through official channels.
The Embassy is aiding stranded Indians by providing transit visas through Saudi Arabia and continues offering consular assistance. It also supports the local Indian fishermen community amid increasing regional tensions following the US-Israel actions on Iran.
