Australia's largest contingent of food and beverage exporters is presenting at the Aahar 2026 fair in New Delhi. The Australian Trade and Investment Commission organized the showcase with live cooking demonstrations from Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, highlighting trade opportunities between Australia and India for high-quality food products.

In a vibrant display of culinary excellence, Australia's largest contingent of food and beverage exporters is currently showcasing at the 39th International Food and Hospitality Fair, Aahar 2026, in New Delhi. Organized by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission with regional partners, the event highlights Australia's food diversity and export potential.
Officials, including Australian High Commissioner Philip Green and Austrade CEO Paul Grimes, inaugurated the Australia Pavilion at the event. A highlight of the pavilion is an Australian Lamb Recipe Book, featuring recipes from 37 top chefs, and a live cooking show by Indian celebrity chef Sabyasachi Gorai, emphasizing Australia's culinary appeal in the Indian market.
Mr. Todd Miller of Austrade emphasized India's significance as a growth market, propelled by rising demand for premium produce. Aahar 2026 provides a direct engagement platform with Indian industry leaders, reinforcing trade relationships bolstered by the AI-ECTA agreement and showcasing opportunities for long-term collaboration.
