A strike by Kenyan airport workers has been called off after the Kenya Aviation Workers Union (KAWU) reached an agreement with the transport ministry, according to reports from the Nation Media Group on Tuesday.
The industrial action, which started on Monday, was part of a labor dispute with the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. It led to major disruptions at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, one of the busiest air transport hubs in Africa.
