Authorities responding to an 8:10 am emergency call found both a scooter and a motorcycle in disrepair at the scene. Vijay, a resident of Rohini's Sector 20, succumbed to his injuries, while Monu was urgently transferred to Safdarjung Hospital due to the seriousness of his condition.
