Varvee Global Ltd., headquartered in Ahembadbad, has reported a notable financial turnaround with a net profit of Rs 5.34 crore for the December quarter of FY'26. This marks a significant recovery from the Rs 6.94 crore loss reported in the same period the previous year.
The denim manufacturer saw its revenue from operations surge twofold, reaching Rs 12.13 crore in the December quarter, compared to Rs 5.04 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. While the company experienced a slight negative in Q3 EBITDA due to timing and reinvestment, its operating loss shrunk by 93.5%, signaling a path toward sustainable profitability.
Jaimin Gupta, the Chairman & Managing Director, emphasized the company's aggressive expansion plans, targeting a production capacity increase to 50 lakh meters per month. Gupta highlighted their focus on compounding free cash flow and maintaining a debt-free balance sheet to seize opportunities in the Indian textile market.
