Gandharv Tongia to Lead Financial Transformation at Samvardhana Motherson

Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd has appointed Gandharv Tongia as its Group Chief Financial Officer Designate, effective November 15, 2025, the company disclosed on Wednesday.

Tongia succeeds Kunal Malani, who will ascend to the role of President-Group Strategy & Transformation at the same time, focusing on driving the company's Vision 2030 initiatives.

With over twenty years of experience, including roles at Big 4 audit firms and Polycab India Ltd, Tongia joins the Motherson Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Board.
