Sankey Prasad Steps Down as CMD of Colliers India and Middle East Operations
Sankey Prasad, Chairman and Managing Director of Colliers India and Colliers Project Leaders Middle East, has resigned. He plans to focus on entrepreneurial ventures and provide strategic support in real estate and capital projects. Prasad will maintain a stake in the company post-resignation.

Sankey Prasad, Chairman and Managing Director of Colliers India, has announced his resignation. Prasad, who also led the Middle East engineering arm of Colliers, will now pursue selective entrepreneurial opportunities.
With a career spanning decades, Prasad has been instrumental in shaping major projects in India and the Middle East. Despite stepping down, he will continue to hold a stake in the organization.
Prasad began his career in 1983 and gained prominence after founding Synergy Property Development Services, which became a leading consultancy firm before being acquired by Colliers International in 2019.
