SAMHI Hotels Expands in Navi Mumbai with Massive Dual-Branded Project

SAMHI Hotels Ltd has received approval from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, extending the development timeline for a new 700-room project near Navi Mumbai International Airport and DY Patil Stadium.

With 400 rooms scheduled for Phase 1, the project will operate under the Westin and Fairfield by Marriott brands. This venture represents SAMHI's largest hotel by room count and a significant entry into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The dual-branded hotel aims to cater to diverse customer bases, optimizing occupancy and ARR potential. SAMHI's strategic expansion aligns with ongoing commercial growth in Navi Mumbai, meeting aviation, corporate, and sports demand drivers.
